Jericho Tavern

Lai

Text of the poem

Wooden walls and sky,
spraypaint skull and I,
all grins:

the hot-world plants pry
the air: hungry why,
our skins

all want the wet, sigh
as slow clouds imply
our sins.

Thanks to Napowrimo.net for the prompt to write about a specific place and The Writers' Greenhouse for the prompt to write a lai poem.
